Mayor's Parlour Wedding

Intimate Mayor's Parlour Wedding
A small intimate Mayor’s Parlour wedding ceremony at The Islington Town Hall. Just 8 guests, and a couple rocking the alternative wedding outfits. The day Kristine and Tornike visited me at my studio we instantly clicked and I was super excited to photograph their December winter wedding. It was my first time photographing a wedding at the Mayor’s Parlour room, and I loved the intimate set up. The ceremony took place in the Mayor’s Parlour, a tiny wood paneled room, that holds only 12 people. Perfect for small intimate weddings.
Kristine and Tornike arrived together, and the ceremony was very short and lovely to witness. The couple looks so comfortable together, sharing jokes and smiling throughout the vows. After the wedding we headed to a small quirky restaurant just off Warren street. With Christmas just a couple of weeks away the streets were filled with lights and the overall atmosphere in the air was warm and joyous. After a few champagnes and a loud pop from the Christmas crackers, the guys shared a toast the lovely couple before sitting down for lunch.
I love intimate weddings, and it was so nice to spend a couple of hours capturing their wedding ceremony and post celebrations. If you are planning a small wedding occasion this year I would love to hear from you. I offer small coverage’s from 2-4 hours and would love to be part of your wedding celebrations. I hope you enjoy the small selection of photos from this lovely Mayor’s Parlour wedding…
